930 – 1030 am	Sectional: ●Violin Group A with Mrs. Trubitt (D1) ●Violin Group B and Viola with Mr. Oshima (D5) ●Cello and Bass with Mr. Doike (K2) Set up full orch in K2 before going to break
1030 – 1045 am	Break	Outside of K1
1045 – 1145 am	Full orchestra rehearsal with Mr. Masaki Violin and viola put instrument back in case and off to the sides of the room Cello put instrument back in case in the cello storage Bass put instrument back on rack in cello storage	K2
1145 am – 1230 pm	Lunch	Outside of K1
1230 – 115 pm	Social time: Musical Chairs, Find the Rosin Set up for orchestra rehearsal with Mr. Hamano	K2
130 – 230 pm	Full orchestra rehearsal with Mr. Hamano	K2

1030 – 1130 am	Sectional: ●Violin with Mrs. Ebisu (K2) ●Viola with Mrs. Nam (D1) ●Cello and Bass with Mr. Oshima (D5) Set up in 1215 pm Sectional room before going to lunch
1130 am – 1215 pm	Lunch	Outside of K1
1215 – 115 pm	Sectional: ●Violin with Mrs. Liu (K2) ●Viola, Cello, and Bass with Mr. Uyehara (D1)
115 – 215 pm	Quartet concert Social time: Get to know you Final orchestra rehearsal with all three groups Help with clean up before leaving	Cafeteria

Violin and viola students should put their instrument in the case at the end of each session and when moving between rooms. Cello and bass students need not put their instrument in a case during the workshop, but must push the endpin in at the end of each session and when moving between rooms.
